이용 규칙
애틀란타마켓은 중고 물품 거래를 위한 공간입니다. 서비스 제공, 용역, 책임 소재가 있는 거래는 허용되지 않습니다. 모든 회원은 아래 규칙을 준수해야 하며, 위반 시 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.
기본 규칙
- 실제 본인이 소유한 물품만 판매할 수 있습니다.
- 상품 사진은 실제 판매 물품의 사진이어야 합니다.
- 허위 정보, 과장 광고는 금지됩니다.
- 다른 회원에 대한 비방, 욕설, 차별적 표현은 허용되지 않습니다.
- 채팅을 통한 스팸, 광고, 홍보는 금지됩니다.
- 개인정보(전화번호, 주소 등)는 채팅 외부에 게시하지 마세요.
거래 원칙
- 모든 거래는 구매자와 판매자 간의 자율적인 합의로 이루어집니다.
- 애틀란타마켓은 거래의 중개자가 아니며, 거래에 대한 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 직거래를 권장하며, 공공장소에서 안전하게 거래하세요.
- 사기 피해 발생 시 즉시 신고하고, 필요한 경우 법적 조치를 취하세요.
금지 항목
아래 항목은 애틀란타마켓에서 판매 및 게시가 엄격히 금지됩니다. 위반 시 즉시 게시물이 삭제되고 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.
추가 금지 항목
- 저작권 침해 물품 (불법 복제 DVD, 소프트웨어 등)
- 도난 또는 분실된 물품
- 불법 약물 및 관련 용품
- 가짜 명품, 위조 상품
- 타인의 개인정보
이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 애틀란타마켓(이하 "서비스")이 제공하는 중고거래 플랫폼 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 서비스 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스 정의)
애틀란타마켓은 미국 조지아주 애틀란타 한인 커뮤니티를 위한 개인 간 중고 물품 거래 플랫폼입니다. 서비스는 거래 당사자 간의 직접 거래를 위한 플랫폼을 제공할 뿐이며, 거래 자체의 당사자가 아닙니다.
제3조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 실명 또는 실제 사용하는 닉네임으로 활동해야 합니다.
- 타인을 사칭하거나 허위 정보를 제공해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스의 이용 규칙 및 금지 항목을 준수해야 합니다.
- 다른 이용자의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 (서비스의 면책)
애틀란타마켓은 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다:
- 이용자 간의 거래에서 발생하는 분쟁, 손해, 사기
- 이용자가 게시한 정보의 정확성
- 서비스 중단, 오류로 인한 손해
- 이용자의 개인 정보 보호 소홀로 인한 피해
제5조 (계정 정지 및 해지)
서비스는 이용자가 이 약관을 위반하거나 금지 항목을 게시한 경우, 사전 통보 없이 계정을 정지하거나 게시물을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (약관의 변경)
서비스는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
개인정보처리방침
수집하는 정보
- Google 로그인 정보: 이메일 주소, 구글 계정 ID
- 프로필 정보: 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 지역
- 거래 정보: 등록한 상품, 채팅 내역
정보 이용 목적
- 서비스 제공 및 회원 관리
- 거래 기능 제공 (상품 등록, 채팅)
- 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석
- 불법 이용 방지 및 신고 처리
정보 보관 및 보안
수집된 정보는 Google Firebase에 저장되며, Google의 보안 정책에 따라 관리됩니다. 서비스는 수집된 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
정보 삭제
계정 삭제를 원하시면 관리자에게 문의해 주세요. 요청 후 30일 이내에 모든 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.
쿠키 및 트래킹
서비스는 Google Firebase의 기술적 운영을 위한 최소한의 쿠키를 사용합니다. 광고 목적의 트래킹은 하지 않습니다.

Community Rules
Atlanta Market is a space for secondhand goods trading only. Services, labor, and transactions involving liability are not permitted. All members must follow the rules below. Violations may result in account suspension.
Basic Rules
- You may only sell items that you personally own.
- Product photos must be of the actual item being sold.
- False information and misleading listings are prohibited.
- Harassment, profanity, and discriminatory language are not tolerated.
- Spam, advertising, and unsolicited promotions via chat are prohibited.
- Do not post personal information (phone numbers, addresses) publicly.
Trading Principles
- All transactions are made directly between buyers and sellers.
- Atlanta Market is not a party to any transaction and assumes no legal liability.
- In-person trades are recommended. Always meet in a safe, public location.
- If you are a victim of fraud, report it immediately and seek legal assistance if necessary.
Prohibited Items & Services
The following are strictly prohibited on Atlanta Market. Violations will result in immediate removal of the listing and possible account suspension.
Additional Prohibited Items
- Counterfeit or pirated goods (bootleg DVDs, illegal software, etc.)
- Stolen or lost property
- Illegal drugs and related paraphernalia
- Fake designer goods / counterfeit items
- Other people's personal information
Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern your use of Atlanta Market (the "Service"), a peer-to-peer secondhand trading platform for the Atlanta Korean community.
2. Service Description
Atlanta Market provides a platform for individuals to buy and sell secondhand goods. The Service is not a party to any transaction between users and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any transaction.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
- You may not impersonate others or provide false information.
- You must comply with all community rules and prohibited item policies.
- You may not infringe on the rights of other users.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Atlanta Market is not responsible for:
- Disputes, damages, or fraud arising from user transactions
- The accuracy of information posted by users
- Service interruptions or errors
- Damages resulting from a user's failure to protect their personal information
5. Account Suspension
The Service reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove listings without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or posts prohibited items.
6. Changes to Terms
The Service may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase and managed under Google's security policies. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies required for Firebase's technical operation. We do not use tracking for advertising purposes.
